Reuters Inform

The Reuters Inform product is no longer being sold or supported and the website www.reutersinform.com has now closed. The content below is from the site's 2001 archived pages.

Lots of changes have occurred since 2001 when Reuters first introduced their Agricultural markets Internet service. Thomas Reuters now enable professionals in the financial and risk, legal, tax and accounting, and media markets to make the decisions that matter most, all powered by the world's most trusted news organization. They remain The Answer Company dedicated to bringing people like myself the insights around today's key global business topics. They now offer a Monitor Suite that is a complete suite of solutions specifically designed to help strategically find and win new business. It combines legal information, real-time filtering, sophisticated functionality, company data, and vast docket coverage into a single intuitive, highly graphical interface. TNG/Earthling's Bob Sakayama developed the search performance module, designed to bring important searches into the search results of search engines like Google, which can be a source for prospective new business. I get to know about emerging trends and opportunities/ I then can assess the value versus complexity of them and create with my team powerfully focused pitches to help win new business.

Weather Information that Drives Markets

Because weather information is vital to Agrimarkets, Reuters Inform offers two methods for accessing weather data.

  • Extensive national weather information from Weather Services Corporation is available in text format.
